Top 10 brutal moments

1. Broke my Leg-None of the real stories are true ;)
2. Got robbed twice - once was right outside my door on a downtown street of Winnipeg
3. Lost a child (pet)- Sarah Died at age 5 ;(
4. Adopted a child out (pet)-Skittles, aged 7, became a therapy bird for a fellow child. Tough task for me.
5. Lost or misplaced, everything I own- Scattered from Toronto to Westlock, Alberta.
6. Had my shoes confiscated off my feet at the Edmonton airport. - They do not like metal studs (That's what she said).
7. Got in trouble with the law. Big shocker, I know. A few times, but the best time was when my colleague and I got chauffered to the museum in a cruiser, only to be pulled over later in the evening in a taxi. I just don't have the time for these capers.
8. All my closest friendships were challenged and I learned the lines of lateral abuse and loyalty.-It was the summer my 'best friend' turned 40.
9. Travelled approx 16,000 km of Canada by rail while I pondered the various locations for my discussions with the Creator.
10. but most importantly, I learned that I can only be strong for my peoples, if I can be strong for myself. Its an ongoing moment.
